Smoked turkey stock.
Today I am making smoked turkey stock to use in my turkey pot pies and my ham and bean soup.
This simple but flavorful stock is just carrots, celery, onion, and garlic that I add the bones from my smoked turkey and cold water.
I season it up with a bunch of parsley and several bay leaves. I usually do not add salt to my stock, I prefer to season it when I cook with it.
